Service Provider
Music education services are provided under the following legal entities, depending on the student’s location and billing arrangement: • In India: Tuhin Rao Piano Studio, a registered music education enterprise operating in Maharashtra, India. • In the United Arab Emirates and international contexts: Tuhin Rao Piano Studio FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered with Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
Nature of Services
The studio provides music education services including piano instruction, music theory, composition, and related educational offerings. Services may be delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format depending on location and availability.
Eligibility
Enrollment is open to individuals who can legally enter into a service agreement. For students under the age of 18, enrollment and payments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Payments and Billing
Lessons and services are billed according to the agreed structure and invoiced accordingly. Payments must be completed within the communicated timeframe using the available payment methods. Currency and payment gateways may vary based on location and the applicable legal entity.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of enrollment or invoicing. As a general principle, completed lessons are non-refundable. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at the studio’s discretion.
Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, exercises, recordings, and educational content provided by the studio remain the intellectual property of the respective service provider unless explicitly stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale requires prior permission.
Limitation of Liability
The studio provides educational services only and makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Changes to Services or Terms
The studio may update services or these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For services billed under the India entity, these terms are governed by the laws of India. For services billed under the UAE entity, these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts within the applicable jurisdiction.
