We collect only information that is necessary to communicate with you and provide music education services. This policy applies whether you access the site from India, the UAE, or elsewhere.

• Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share when contacting the studio via forms, email, WhatsApp, or direct communication.

• Technical Data: Limited information such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage data collected automatically by the website for security, performance, and general analytics.

How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• To respond to enquiries and communicate regarding lessons or services

• To operate, maintain, and improve the website and services

• To share relevant updates related to lessons, scheduling, or offerings when appropriate

Disclosure of Your Information

Your information is never sold or shared for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed only in limited circumstances:

• When required by law or legal process

• With your explicit consent

• With essential service providers such as email or hosting services, solely for operational purposes

Studio Bridge: WhatsApp Communications

Studio Bridge is the studio owner's private communications tool, being prepared for use with the official WhatsApp Business Platform. When connected, it allows the owner to search and review studio communications through authorised, read-only clients, including ChatGPT/Dot where enabled. It is not a public service for other businesses. The following explains the data practices that apply when this integration is used.

• Information collected: WhatsApp account and phone-number identifiers; contacts' WhatsApp identifiers, phone numbers and profile names; incoming and outgoing message text and captions; message identifiers, timestamps, direction, replies and delivery or read-status events supplied by Meta. Attachment metadata, such as filenames, media identifiers and file types, may be stored, but Studio Bridge does not download the attachment files. Raw webhook records and short message previews may also be kept for processing and reliable delivery. Existing history is included only when made available through the authorised Meta onboarding flow.

• Purpose and access: This information helps the owner find previous communications, understand their chronology and manage lesson-related enquiries and administration. Studio Bridge's tools are read-only: the bridge does not send WhatsApp messages, mark them as read, edit contacts or automatically classify messages with AI. Messages the owner sends separately in the WhatsApp Business app may appear in the stored chronology.

• Service providers and authorised clients: Meta supplies WhatsApp events. The studio's hosting, database and authentication providers may process data to operate and secure the integration. When the owner enables a client or event subscription, that client may receive requested messages and contact details, or notifications containing identifiers, timestamps and short message previews. If ChatGPT/Dot is enabled, OpenAI processes the information sent to that service under the applicable account terms and settings. The bridge's read-only design does not prevent an authorised AI client from processing the information it receives. Information may be processed outside your country by these providers. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

• Retention: Stored message and contact records do not currently have automatic expiry; they remain until the studio deletes them. The studio reviews whether records are still needed for lesson administration, ongoing enquiries or legal obligations and removes records that are no longer needed. Technical webhook and event records are subject to configured maintenance and may remain longer while processing or delivery issues are unresolved. Disconnecting an account or client stops future authorised access or collection as applicable, but does not itself delete existing copies. Copies already received by Meta or an authorised client are governed by that provider's retention and deletion processes.

Request Access, Correction or Deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by the studio, including information in Studio Bridge, email [email protected] with the subject 'Privacy request' or 'Studio Bridge deletion request'. Identify the WhatsApp number or other contact details associated with the records and describe your request. Do not send passwords, login codes or identity documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request concerns your data. We will review and respond to the request and delete data that is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations. If some records must be retained, we will explain the reason. A deletion request to the studio does not remove the original messages from another participant's WhatsApp account or copies independently held by other service providers.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use minimal cookies or analytics tools to understand general usage patterns and improve performance. No advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies are used.

Security of Your Information

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information through public or shared networks.

Children’s Privacy

The studio avoids knowingly collecting personal information from children under the age of 13 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If such information is identified without appropriate consent, it will be deleted promptly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated revision date.
